How do I supply files for variable data?

Answer:
Intype Libra handle variable data using a combination of Microsoft Word, Excel or Access. The "form" is set up in Word and the data transferred to an Excel spreadsheet. The "form" can contain a graphic (supplied as a tif or eps file) as an overall or partial background with the data being merged in one pass of the press, the operation can be printed in either colour or black and white. We currently produce a variety of work from personalised security passes, badges, certificates, letters, questionnaires and brochures.
